When installing a new theme, the instructions (in red) that appear below its
name in the theme manager are truncated before saying anything useful depending
on the length of its name.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://www.grapple.net.tf/
2. Click "install GrApple (Brazil)" (only on OS X!)
3. View themes manager
4. Try to work out what "GrApple (Brazil) will be u... means, and why you can't
click "use theme".
5. Resize window to read it.


Actual Results:  
Left pane got no larger, I couldn't read the text

Expected Results:  
Have resized the left-most pane so I could read the instructions

Possible but not necessarily good solutions to this bug are bug 292617 and bug
257970.

Fixed on trunk by the checkin for bug 329045. The description text is now wrapped when a theme is selected.
