Mozilla Build ID: 2000030808 Even if the syntax specified by Mozilla at the console, "Usage: apprunner <url> <url>: a fully defined url string like http:// etc.." is followed, one cannot instruct the beast to both load a specific URL at start-up AND generate a console, regardless of the order of the switches. (The application "Apprunner" is now defunct - perhaps someone should alter this code) In other words, if I enter "Mozilla http://slashdot.org/ /console" or even "Mozilla /console http://slashdot.org/", both desired results are not returned. I beg pardons for assigning this flaw to Browser-General; but there was no "Gatekeeper" category.

confirming and moving to XP Apps (For bugs in Mozilla's cross-platform, cross-application application framework that lack a more suitable component. XP Apps includes such broad areas as command line parameter handling (e.g. mozilla -ProfileManager), and dialog infrastructure, as well as features including View Page Source & View Page Info, Find on Page and Open Web Location. )
