Clearing cookies via "Clear Private Data" doesn't update the Cookies Manager
until it's reopened.

STR:
 1. Make sure you have a cookie
 2. Open the cookies manager.
 3. In a browser window, go to tools->clear private data and choose to clear cookies
 4. Switch to the cookies manager.

-> The old cookies are still listed.
