When searching for addresses in the Address Book, no icon appears in front of a
search result to indicate wheather a search result is a AB card or a mailing
list. addressbook-panel.xul correctly uses it, so does the SM version of the
search dialog. abResultsPane.css is already packaged, so this adds almost no
overhead to Thunderbird.
