The favico.ico file works in the address line, but does not display on the tab
of the tabbed browser.  I have created this web address to demo:
http://www.doggiedudes.com/favico.htm

The favico.gif file works in both the address line and the tab of the tabbed
browser.  I have created this web address to demo: 
http://www.doggiedudes.com/favgif.htm

This works the same in the Windows and Apple version.

Actual Results:  
The favico.ico file is displayed in the address bar, but not on the tab of the
tabbed browser.

Expected Results:  
The favico.ico file should be displayed in both the address bar and on the tab
of the tabbed browser.
