When creating a new mail account no mail folders are created.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new seamonkey profile with profile manager
2. Start the mail client, it will prompt for creation of a new mail account
3. Follow through the wizard to create a new POP account, de-select "Use Global
Inbox"


Actual Results:  
The account is created however there is not "Inbox" or any other folders created
by default.  As such the account is unusable.  Mail folders are also
inaccessible in the file system:

Expected Results:  
Previous versions of the mozilla application suite creates Drafts, Inbox, Sent,
Templates and Trash folders by following the same steps - same behaviour
expected in Seamonkey.

Using Mandrake Linux, 10.1.

Tested on nightly build 2005120500 under Fedora Core 3 - works okay.
