User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7
Select a menu item from the drop down at the top of the website doesn't do
anything. IE traverses to the section of the webpage you selected from the menu.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load URL
2. Select 'Customer Service' drop-down
3. Select 'Contact Us'
Actual Results:
Nothing happens (menu remains visible, as if selection didn't occur)
Expected Results:
Contact Us section should be loaded and displayed
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b5) Gecko/20051005
Firefox/1.4.1
For your example, form "Contact Us", I can select "Contact Details" and get a
new page. Just clicking "Contact Us" does nothing.
