users who select cavendish never see 'navigation' section of sidebar,
and no link to DevNews,Webwatch, shown bad image
(mozilla developer center should be shown now)

We need to remove Cavendish from the list of available skins on MDC.  In fact,
we should remove all skins that aren't the default MDC skin.  Reassigning to polvi.

We can remove them, but it will break the website for people who are using them. What we need to do it is update the DB (i think) then remove them. Any experience with this? I will try to figure it out... but it just slows me down. :)

Not fixing because:

      1 skin=myskin
      2 skin=chick
      2 skin=nostalgia
      3 skin=simple
      3 skin=standard
      5 skin=cologneblue
     15 skin=monobook
    987 skin=cavendish
   2085 skin=devmo

lots of people still using cavendish... (and that is only english)

FYI, I did this once for wiki.mozilla.org to force everyone into cavendish after we'd had it running for a while.  You can switch everyone's prefs with an SQL query (use REPLACE()).
