User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 Build Identifier: maybe in Thunderbird 1.5 beta 2 20051006 (occurs also in 1.02-1.07) IMAP on a Microsoft Exchange Server If I move a message from the inbox to another folder, also on the system, a certain fraction of the time, the message cannot be displayed afterwards in Thunderbird. It seems to happen more often with attachments, but I can see no rhyme nor reason why it happens. The message seems to be okay. If I go and access the message using the web browser interface on MSExchange, the message and its attachment are there and work fine. If I open the message in Thunderbird, it appears totally blank. However, if I tell it to save the file, a large file appears. I can then use another program (Maclink Plus ia one that works) to extract the message and the attachment. I cannot say definitely that the problem occurs with 1.5 beta 2, the message was moved under 1.07 and is not visible under 1.07 or 1.5 beta 2 Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open message 2.Move to a mailbox 3.Try to read it Actual Results: Most of the time, no problem. Sometimes the message appears blank System is a plain vanilla 10.3.9 Nothing has been added to Thunderbird
With a bug that came and went (and I was never able to predict. I just poked around in a bunch of old folders and everything seemed to work.
