When a message is shown (either in the 3-pane mode or in a separate window) in
right to left (RTL), trying to 'print preview' it will produce it in LTR layout

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. show message
2. switch to rtl
3. choose print preview

Actual Results:  
see message in LTR

Expected Results:  
see message in RTL

Bug 256470 on the same problem in browser was duped to bug 151407, but for now
I'll just mark dependency.
