In the composition and addressing section the option to place my signature 
above the quote is permenantly greyed out and does not allow any options

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download and install extension
2.Go to - Account Settings > Composition & Addressing
3.Tick automatically quote the original message when replying and select Then 
Start my reply above the quote. 
Actual Results:  
And place my signature is always greyed out to "below the quote (recommended)" 
It does not allow to change this option to above the quote


Expected Results:  
It does not allow to change this option to Place my signature above the quote

Reporter, do you have a signature set in the Accounts Setting window?

No I do not have a signature set. My appologies I totally missed that because 
I use 2 different signatures dependant on who I am replying to and use the 
signature switcher, I will have to set another account up to use my alternate 
signature. It is a shame because the signature switcher is a very good utility.

It would be good if it could place the signature above the reply and still 
allow signature switching.
