In the text selection popup menu there could be an option to open the selected
text as a link in a new tab or window. I.e. in addition to "Search web for" and
"View selection source" there could be a "Open as link in new tab" option as well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select some text in a browser window
2.Right click
3.

Actual Results:
Popup window opens with options:
Copy
Select All

Search web for "..."
View selection source
