**** observerd with 2000-03-09 Win build ***** 
Steps to reproduce:
-open a composition window;
-go Insert|Image...chose an image file;
-send it and get it;
-now select the message and click Forward icon;
//note: the message body is not fully drawed, there in no image file or link to 
it and when you click Send you get an error message:
" [StringID(hex)=8000????]
(it is possible to Reply to the message, oposite to forward)

Yes, this was a problem with using a URI string for a URL. This has been fixed
in my tree and I will checkin.

I reopened after testing with 2000-03-15-06 build, i'm getting the same string 
error message(though Forward an attached image opposite to inserted works fine)

Are you sure the build you are testing has my changes. I didn't check them in 
until later last evening?

Unable to verify because the dlgbox for choosing image file needs to be resized: 
"Choose" button doesn't appear. When you click on More properties button you'll 
get this button but it doesn't really work.

I am reopening, in today's 2000-05-02 build the forwarded message with the 
image into the body comes empty (used IMAP mail, can not get any messages on 
POP)

Using build 2000-05-23 on win98, mac and linux I selected a message with an 
embedded image and forwarded it inline and as attachment to both a POP and IMAP 
account.  Send worked fine on all three platforms,  win98 and mac viewing these 
messages was quick and easy.  Linux viewing of these messages didn't always 
display the embedded image, but that is a different bug (35663) on the linux 
system.  This is verified.
