if you select a text with css quotes in it, everything will be selected
correctly, except the quotes! if you copy the selected text to the clipboard,
all quotes will be lost!!! this gets very annoying, really!!!!!!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www.krg-nw.de/_intern/bug/bug.htm
2. hit ctr + a
3. look at the quotes!

Actual Results:  
the quotes aren't selected

Expected Results:  
select the quotes, so they won't be lost if copying to the clipboard!
