1. open print preview of RSS news
2. scroll with mouse wheel

This appears to apply to the Print Preview window in general (whether news or mail is displayed) and it /is/ possible to scroll using the mouse wheel, but *only* if the mouse pointer is in the margin between the edge of the "printed" page and the edge of the window.
In some cases (mail, rather than news?) it is possible to scroll using the mouse wheel when the mouse pointer is within the first "printed" page only. As one scrolls down to the end of that page, the mouse wheel scrolling stops and only works again when the mouse pointer is moved into the margin.

I tested nightly build...
cannot reproduce with thunderbird/2005122808-trunk/WinXP.
I think that I was recovered with a patch of bug 111432.
cannot reproduce with 2005123109-trunk/WinXP, too.
