The bookmarks in the bookmark toolbar don't "retain" the icon info. Some do. But
the majority don't upon relaunch of program. I have to reload each bookmark for
the icon to reappear in the bookmark toolbar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Quit program
2.Relaunch
3.Icons will then be missing from toolbar

Actual Results:  
Icons missing in bookmarks toolbar

Expected Results:  
Icons should be retained in bookmark toolbar
Favicons served from https sites aren't retained across launches, which is known.
