The window to report the error (talkback) then opened and I chose to send the log to Mozilla. When ZoneAlarm asked whether I should allow internet access to Talkback, I selected yes. Then, the dreaded blue screen. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Boot system 2. Enable talkback in ZoneAlarm firewall (pro) 3. reporter: please file a new bug for the blue screen. to include enough information, go to start>settings>control panel>administrative tools>event viewer>system look for event 1001, it should indicate the name of a file into which it dumped some information. please attach that file to your new bug.

Is this crash still reproducible in Firefox 3.5? If it isn't, we should resolve it as RESOLVED WORKSFORME. Lisa: Did you file another bug for the blue screen issue?
The web site is gone, and the stack trace is very short, so I'm resolving this bug as incomplete.
