There's an option in Outlook Express to share your address book with Outlook. If
this option is not selected (which is the default I believe) then Outlook
addresses will not import. I have a fix for this but it is not a small fix. I'm
confident that the fix works at least as well as the current Outlook address
import so I'd be happy to include it in beta1. Without this, you can only import
the Windows Address Book (WAB) and not specific Outlook address books. The fix
doesn't call anything new outside of the import tools so should have no impact on
the rest of mozilla. In addition, the user can still import the WAB by importing
from Outlook Express.
Tony, good catch. Let's do this on the trunk after the b1 branch. Should be
another coupla days -- Tuesday at worst.

All fixed up. To test, just make a few address books in Outlook and import them.
Previously, you would only get 1 address book for all of Outlook, now you should
see each individual Outlook AB.
