At some stage the text of the default button on the final screen of the Account
Wizard was changed from "Finish" to "Done", but the text at the bottom of the
sheet still refers to the old text: "Click Finish to save these settings..."

Patch
the dialog uses done only ont he mac. everyone else uses finish. this issue is to minor to even bother working around for the mac only.
