download manager's Clean Up button cleans only a subset of the finished
downloads, instead of all, so i have to hit clean up multiple times to clean the
whole list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download some files
2. open download manager
3. press clean up

Actual Results:
only a subset is actually removed from the list

Expected Results:
all the finished/cancelled downloads should be cleaned up.

i'm using download statusbar 0.9.3.1
Sounds like your extension might be causing this. Can you reproduce this in safe
mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

WFM. Probably an extension problem. If safemode fixes this for you, please mark
