Download Manager is not closing after a successfull download.
I have the following options checked on the Download Manager Section:
[X]Show download manager when a download begins.
[x]Close the Download Manager when all downloads are complete.
The Download Manager is ignoring the command to close once all downloads are
complete.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Select file to download
3. File downloads and completes no further files to download.
Actual Results:
download manager stays open
Expected Results:
Close the Download Manager when all downloads are complete.

WFM. Have you tried it in the safe mode or with a new profile? Maybe an
extension is causing this.
If you mean that this only happens with small files, see Bug 243324.

I have tried in safe mode as well and getting the same result. doesnt't matter
the size of the file anything from 20kb to 50MB either way I still end up with
the same result. It's nothing major, more an annoyance.

Works for me. Are you sure you started in safe mode correctly? All your
extensions should have been grayed out in Tools > Extensions.
