Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7

I have 2 screens. On the primary and on the secoundary screen an instance of
Firefox is running.

Any action on the secoundary screen that opens a popup-menu like ...
- right mouse button
- typing an url (url suggestions)
- Klick on the top-menu (File, Edit, View, ...)
- Tooltip

... will result that the popup-menu is displayed on the primary screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plugin in 2 screens and activate them in the windows display properties
2. Open Firefox on the primary-display
2. Open new instance of Firefox on the not-primary-display
3. Press ALT+F on the not-primary-display
4. Menu File opens on primary display
