I would like to see the default context menus that come up when you right
click a link on a w/page to come up when i right click a bookmark in the
sidebar.  Therefore I would be able to copy the location, open it in a new
window, etc.

so contest menus for bookmarks in the sidebar have been implemented for a little while now. I've taken oyu RFE and modified it 
somewhat so we can concetrate on the other parts of your request. Namely that said context menu should include editing features 
and the ability to launch into a new window.

It doesn't sound as if the desired code reuse is going on here. Perhaps this 
should be resummarized to `Base context menus for sidebar links on context menus 
for HTML links'?

Reassigning 79 Bookmarks bugs to Ben.  I was told this was going to be done 
shortly about two months ago, but it clearly hasn't been.  I think that's long 
enough for all these bugs to remain assigned to nobody.
