User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b5) Gecko/20051006 Firefox/1.4.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b5) Gecko/20051006 Firefox/1.4.1

Control Panel/Internet Options/Connections/"Never dial a connection." Start
Firefox 1.5 Beta 2 and setting automatically changes to "Dial whenever a network
connection is not present." Reset back to "Never dial a connection." Start
Firefox 1.5 Beta 2 and back to "Dial whenever a network connection is not
present." and on and on and on...

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
I would expect the Internet Option Connection settings to stay the way they are
set. This creates the problem of trying to "Dial" to the net when a dialup
conneciton is not necessary (Wireless/Hard wired).
