312855 - Print preview corrupts table on attached page

Description

Attachment following. If the table doesn't fit onto the page (at 100% zoom for
me), it displays fine. When it fits (80% for me), it is displayed starting on
the 2nd page (of the paper), runs for this 1 page and the rest is lost. On the
3rd page, only the table header is shown, nothing else.

Removing the page heading (<h2>) fixes the problem...

Everything tested in firefox 1.5b2.

Removing H2 only remove the spacing conditions that were necessary for the real cause to show, which I suspect is table headers.  The attached testcase which puts 3 lines in places of the H2, shows H2 did not cause the print preview bug. 

Aceman, do you see a match in Bug 294991?

If you take the next step and remove thead and th the problem goes away.
