312900 - column width for the bookmarks module gets blown up at seemingly random times

If you load up the page with a large number of modules, the bug appears more
frequently.  Make sure the bookmarks module is on the very left column and just
keep hitting refresh.  It happens about every 10-20 refreshes or so.  This
doesn't happen in IE.  I think this might be a page chunking/timing issue bug
with firefox.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www.google.com/ig
2. sign in
3. load the page with lots of modules including the bookmarks module
4. make sure bookmarks module is in the top left (drag & drop)
5. keep hitting refresh 10-20 times until you randomly see the page blow up

Actual Results:  
the 1st column on the left's td width is too big
