Current (T-Bird 1.5 Beta2) doesn't allow writing addresses to an LDAP directory.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right-click on a sender's e-mail address
2.Click "Add to Address Book..."
3.The "Add to:" list box doesn't even list the LDAP directory.

Actual Results:  
N/A

Expected Results:  
Ability to select the LDAP server and add the entry to it.

Not sure how this is handled. There was a bug against the Mozilla-Suite's Mail
component (Bug 86405) that also addresses this. I just didn't didn't find it in
the Thunderbird section, so I open it here. Feel free to close as dup of Bug
86405 if appropriate.

Bug 86405 is in core, so this one is really a dupe.  Once/if it's fixed in the
core then a UI would obviously be needed, but I'm sure that will be taken on if
bug 86405 is fixed.
