313334 - Download of extension results in a .html with the text "Invalid URI cannot Continue"

When I try to download Quote Colors from UMO I get an file called
"quote_colors-0.2.6-tb.xpi.html", the actual content is just one line "Invalid
URI cannot Continue". If it was just a typing error ti would have been no
problem but now I suspect that either the upload was failing or the script is
doing something wrong.

Expected behaviour was of course to have the .xpi downloaded, the work around
for time being is to download the extension from the authors pages.
