By using the find toolbar (Ctrl+F), type ' in the search box and then close the
find toolbar pressing the x button.  Now type ' again, and the toolbar appears
again which gets annoying.  As now, I can't type ' without restarting the program.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Type ctrl + f to turn on the find toolbar
2.Type ' and then close the toolbar by pressing the x button
3.Press ' anywhere and the toolbar will appear.

Actual Results:  
The ' appeared just like I said it would.

hmmm it seems like a _feature_

The find bar close itself after about 5 secs if it was open by pressing '. If
opened with Ctrl-f it doesn't close itself.

This is by design. ' opens the find bar for searching in links, / opens it for
searching in any text.
