NB: I have only tried downloading the trunk Mac builds. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to site. 2. Click on the latest trunk Mac build. Actual Results: Nothing. Expected Results: The Download Manager should open and downloading should begin. eMac G4, OS X 10.3.9, Classic theme.
Seems fixed in Build 2005102210.
The bug is back again in Build 2005102410!
Further information: in Build 2005102410 this bug applies to all sorts of sites from which downloading should be possible. I have now realized that if one clicks 'Download' on such a website, downloading DOES start and continue. It is just the Download Manager that does not appear -- and trying to open it from the 'Tools' menu does not help.

(certainly after 2005-10-24) as there was a bug fix in for bug 313612 that I think probably caused the effect that you are seeing.
This seems to have been fixed in Build 2005102510. But this bug seems to play box and cox with bug 313292, which had been eliminated from recent builds, but has reappeared in 2005102510.
Re Comment #4: I added my comment #5 before I had received notification of Comment £4. It answers the question, but raises another!
