Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b5) Gecko/20051006 Firefox/1.4.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b5) Gecko/20051006 Firefox/1.4.1 The use case is Thunderbird installed on many machines looking but using the same accounts. For instance, I have a home PC, a home Mac, and a work PC all talking to my home mail server through IMAP. I'd like to have the option of Thunderbird to save my settings back to a folder on my IMAP server in a hopefully encrypted fashion. Then, when I get on my other computer or add a new account, Thunderbird would check for updated configuration information in that folder and all would be right with the world (filters would be consistent, etc.) Bonus would be having machine-specific configurations so I could change, say the font settings, on my Mac without it affecting the PC installations. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: This is an RFE.
