Details

When going to a secure page, you sometimes get into a state where you get an
endless series of 'You are entering a secure page' dialogs, and the page does not
load.

Often, switching Netscape out of and back into the foreground fixes this. It's
probably some issue with communication wiht the PSM.
Does this still happen?

I'm leaving Netscape, so I'm reassigning all my pending bugs to David Drinan.
