I entered valid username and pwd and other mandatory data.But could bnot get 
account created.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Access hotmail.
2.Click on register link
3.Enter valid data for mandatory fields.
4.Click submit button.

Actual Results:  
Error msg-

Expected Results:  
accepting hotmail account
