Using 2000-03-10-09m15 commercial build NT 4.0
doesn't happen using yesterday's build with linux, today's builds not out
mac,linux.

When you do a Copy Message from local folder to another local folder, the
throbber and progress bar engage (didn't used to) and never stop.  Message is
indeed copied.  No problem when Move Message done -- throbber/progress stops.

1.  Launch to mail and open a local folder (POP or local folders). Message pane
is open.
2.  Select a message, wait for contents to load in message pane.
3.  Message|Copy Message.  Select another local folder as destination for the
copy.
4.  Throbber and progress bar engage but never stop. Message is copied, but
activity indicators never stop.
