Saw this on all Platforms: Win32 2000-03-10-12 M15 Linux 2000-03-09-13 M15 Mac 2000-03-09-13 M15 Steps to repro: 1) Launch Seamonkey. Login into Aim via Tasks-->Instant Messenger 2) When the Aim standalone apperas, click and drag the My Panels pane downwards about half the size of the default space allotted to resize it smaller within the AIM standalone. Actual Results: White space appears. Notes: If you click and drag back upwards, the panes appear again. There seems to be a minimum threshold for the size of the My Panels space that causes the white space to appear if crossed. This UI is confusing to a user.

I cannot reproduce this. I must have fixed it as a result of my other layout changes.
