User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20051005 SeaMonkey/1.1a
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20051005 SeaMonkey/1.1a

Recent SeaMonkey nightlies seems not to works well with enigmail. After installing enigmail nightly on this release, opening a mail result in the following javascript alert message : "Enigmime service not available".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install recent seamonkey nightly (at least 22th october)
2. Install Enigmail nightly
3. Play with MailNews.

Actual Results:
We get the error message "Enigmime Service not available", and in the JS console, this message can be found :

Error: [Exception... "'Failure' when calling method: [nsIEnigmail::initialize]" nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://enigmail/content/enigmailCommon.js :: GetEnigmailSvc :: line 212" data: no]
Source File: chrome://enigmail/content/enigmailCommon.js
Line: 212

Expected Results:
Enigmail to works properly :)

It seems not involved in enigmail, as enigmail nightly works perfectly on older SeaMonkey nightlies.

This is just the same Bug I have filed yesterday for Enigmail:
http://bugzilla.mozdev.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11913

Current Enigmail-Nightlies are built against the 1.8-Branch, there are no 1.9-Trunk-Builds available this time.

I would like to quote Patrick Brunschwig:
> Seamonkey and TB trunk is not yet supported (please read the text on the
> nightly builds carefully). I'll support the trunk again once TB 1.0rc1 has been
> released

Think he meant TB 1.5rc1 which is coming soon hopefully.

Sorry, I've search for a while on Bugzilla before reporting, and didn't find your bug.

Never mind, I have filed the Bug on bugzilla.mozdev.org, hard to find it here. But after Patricks comment I hope there will be some Trunk-Builds in possibly End next Week or so. Until that, you can use the SeaMonkey-1.8-Branch-Builds from:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/contrib/latest-mozilla1.8/
Enigmail-Nightlies works fine withe them. Mostly I am missing the Location-Bar in MailNews going back to the 1.8-Branch. :)

And I think the solution of this was not resolved=fixed, but probably resolved=invalid on bugzilla.mozilla.org.
