User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; fr; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firefox/0.7 Build Identifier: all Drag-n-dropping a URL (shortcut) to the TITLE BAR of a browser window has no action currently :( - It *should* be defined to open said URL, either as a new tab or in the currently active tab (which choice might be a settable preference, or decided by the developpers) This - opening a document by dropping to the tilte bar of an application window - is not a gadget, it IS *the standard* at least in Windows, whereas drag'n'drop to the interior of the window may have other uses (CF. O.L.E.) Most importantly, it IS a precious usability enhancement (cases where only the title bar of the target window is apparent on desktop. This may even be the general case with some Windows enhancement accessories) Reproducible: Always
Confirmed using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051026 Firefox/1.5 Bug 143190 might be related.
