3/10/00 daily build.
If you start an FTP download, and while it is active do Open New Navigator
Window (or otherwise try to access a new URL) the whole thing hangs.

Should FTP or other protocols have a component category here (bugzilla).  I
couldn't find an obvious category.
Also happens on Linux build 2000.03.09.13.

I didn't get it to hang by just browsing to another URL, but File | Open New
Navigator Window durign a file download did hang Mozilla.
