31393 - Moz crashes on Bugzilla query page

M14 with crypto/fullcircle locks up on loading Bugzilla query page. The page 
displays properly but I can't interact with any of the form elements or any 
other part of the UI. CTRL+ALT+DEL (task list) shows not responding.

This occurs every time I try to load the Bugzilla query page on win32 build 
2000030317. If I leave it sit for a few minutes and go back to it, I can then 
use the form (unless it crashes and fullcircle kicks up)

I saw some bugs similar to this but all of them are marked DUPL or FIXED. I am 
just learning this Bugzilla thing.

Reporter can you try a win32 build from the 7th or 10th and see if you still get 
the crash.  I don't see it on 3/7 or 3/10 builds under win98 or NT

I can't reproduce this with the 20000031308 build on NT.  [e-mail], if you 
can reproduce this, please reopen this bug.  any additional information that 
would help us reproduce this would also be great.  thanks.
