JSS does not reload imported certificates once it is loaded.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load JSS CryptoManager
2.Show certificates from internal keystorage token
3.Insert new certificate
4.Show again certificates in the same JVM in 1.
5.New certificates are not loaded.

I tested this problem with JSS 4.2.5 and it is fixed. The fixed was due to bug 367235.
