new smtp entry has no visible selection until you reopen account settings

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Tools => Account settings => Outgoing Server (SMTP)
2. Add a SMTP-Server
3. Select the new SMTP-Server in the list

Actual Results:  
The server is selected but there is no visual "highlight"

Expected Results:  
It should look like the other entries when you select it

That seems likely.  (Ignore my recent useless comments there.)

I can't duplicate this, with 1.5b2-1006, but I only have two SMTP servers in the list.

Interestingly, reporter of bug 307880 says he no longer sees the symptom 
with TB 1.5b2.
Reporter, does the issue still occur in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / Shredder trunk nightlies?

(1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest supported 2.0.0.x is 2.0.0.16)
