The sidebar window content is blank the first time it is loaded during a Mozilla
session.  My guess would be this has already been addressed, but I could not
find it anywhere.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close all open Mozilla windows	
2. Reload Mozilla
3. Open the sidebar
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
Closed: 25 years ago
Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
Yes, there's a bug on that.
