A big area below the status bar is visable displaying an error message in red. Message is "<!DOCTYPE overlay SYSTEM "chrome://downloadwith/locale/downloadwith.dtd">

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Everytime and every page

Expected Results:
The area should be small and not display the error message
Have you tried sfe mode with a new profile. I think this is likely to be an extension issue.

definitly incompatible extension

Yes, I have found the extension DownloadWith v1.0.2 to be the culprit.
