When the reporter icon is greyed out with small icons, the ico is shifted way to the right, making most of the icon not show
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.add the reporter icon to the toolbar, and set small icons on
2.go to about:blank
3.look at the reporter icon
Actual Results:
the icon is shifted to the right, showing only most of the left legs on the bug
Expected Results:
the icon should not be shifted to the right
