when doing message threading, the thread a message is sorted into should 
be conducted across folders.  When a message that starts a thread is moved
into the 'Foo' folder, follow-ups should be moved to 'Foo' and threaded 
into the thread.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get msg about 'foo';  move to 'Foo' folder (manually or via 'Message Filters')
2. Reply to msg, using 'Bcc:' to self
3. Manually move 'Bcc' from 'Inbox' into 'Foo' folder, 
4. Get answer about 'foo' stuff into 'Inbox', manually move to 'Foo' folder
5. ad. inf.
6. Write this enhancement request


Expected Results:  
1. Get msg about 'foo';  move to 'Foo' folder (manually or via 'Message Filters')
2. Reply to msg, using 'Bcc:' to self
3. mozmail/tbird moves incoming 'Bcc' into 'Foo' folder, 
4. Get reply about 'foo' stuff, tbird moves it to 'Foo' folder
5. ad. inf.
6. relief!

should [...].  D'oh.

High relevance in both cases.

<a href=https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=86359]bug 86359</a> asks for copies, this one asks for moving.  The latter might be more appropriate to avoid multiple instance of messages containing large attachments.

<a href=https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=229568>bug 229568</a> asks for a separate view ("all msgs, threaded" vs. "msgs sorted into folders").  The most competitive report compared to this one on the subject.

Tony, doppelfish  this bug attempts to address two issues, both of which I believe exist in other bugs. One is something like "file responses with original message".
