I think adding a "Create Tabgroup" contextual menu when a user has multiple bookmark selected would make it even more easy and excesible for users to create a tab group.

I'd see this contextual menu item right there next to the "create new folder" item.
So this would move the selected bookmarks (which may be in other tab groups) into a newly created tab group, for which the user would have to provide a name? Seems a little weird.
I like the idea, but the right implementation is going to be tricky. We could copy instead of move, but is the user going to expect a move or a copy?
I think realistically, there could be two options: "Move to Tab Group" and "Copy to Tab Group", but that might be a bit much in our UI.

That said, we shouldn't have a dialog asking for a folder name, but should instead just create the folder as "New Folder" and have it selected and editable (like the Finder does when creating a new folder). We'd have to increment up for each new folder (New Folder 2, New Folder 3, etc). I'm not sure if we already do this... As a matter of fact, not to morph the bug, but we should be doing this already, from the "action" menu in the bookmarks manager. Just a thought...

Sounds like a perfect candidate for alternate menu items. ;) It could be "Move to Tab Group" by default and holding down option (like moving a file in the Finder) changes it to "Copy to Tab Group"
