On OS/2, currently, the drop operation within editor windows (that will be implemented by the patch in bug 243270) is always to move the text or image. On other platforms (at least on Linux) one can use Ctrl-drop to copy an object in the drag operation. Suggested behavior:

- As move is the default (at least in Seamonkey composer) ignore Shift
- Ctrl forces a copy of an object
- Maybe: use Ctrl-Shift when dropping _images_ onto an editor/composer window (on OS/2 enabled by bug 308967) to insert link to the image (the old behavior).
