Details

"time since assignee last touched" should be "days since assignee last touched". Lucky for me it isn't "time assignee last touched" in which case I'd also have to guess the epoch...
I also think this is back to front, and when this is changed, the search should also be changed.

"Time since assignee last touched" "is less than" "2013-06-03" will return bugs where the assignee last touched the bug after (midnight) of the date, not before.
