updated from 1.07 to 1.5, after inital import of themes & extensions, and the automated check for updates, i manually checked what extensions i had installed. since then, i cannot launch the extensions option from the tools menu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download the firefox1.5 tar from mozilla.org
2. extract to /opt/firefox
3. run new firefox
4. manually update extensions (tools -> extensions. check for updates)
5. restart firefox
6. tools -> extensions produces nothing

Actual Results:  
absolutely nothing

Expected Results:  
extensions box should appear, allowing removing, updating etc of installed extensions

(its an ubuntu breezy -> dapper machine)

using aquatint theme, is reproducable with default theme.
