When creating an AOL user account, the cursor changes to a hand pointer over the
SUBMIT button. However, Mozilla is never able to click the SUBMIT button. M14 -

Could you specify which button you're talkign about? It's probably a form
submission to a secure site. Probably a duplicate of bug 26336.
